Initially thought to be a simple kitchen remodel but due to the many patchwork additions over the home’s 100 year history, a compromised structural framing system and some “non-existent” foundations- we determined a complete overhaul of the home was needed to insure its longevity. Removal of all interior and exterior surfaces, fixtures and equipment allowed for our new FarmHouse to live another 100 years -with some major modern improvements. Total scope included design of all Architecture , Interior Design and cabinetry elements.

Bathroom vanity, Dining table and additional cabinetry were designed and fabricated in-house by Five Ply Design.
