Converting a small modern bungalow into a mid-century showpiece required the complete tear down of the front half of the home. With a new dramatic sloping roof, window walls and a light filled stairway the substantial remodel allowed for casual circulation throughout the home as well new opportunities to open onto a new rear deck with fire pit.

Kitchen cabinetry and stairway were designed and fabricated in-house by Five Ply Design.
